Department of Training is responsible for all work related with training, which includes planning and management of training programs, recruiting trainees, organizing and implementing training programs, constructing training network and maintaining training documentation, managing training budget, organizing faculty’s teaching activities, analyzing training demands and developing training outcomes. It is also responsible for assisting the Ministry of Education’s personnel department and other departments in assessing trainees, coordinating cooperative training programs with other institutions. There are 10 staff in the department. 
It organizes and implements training tasks entrusted by MOE for educational administrators from higher education institutions and government education offices at various levels. It also develops and conducts various types of training programs for principals from primary and secondary schools, focusing on the key issues and hot topics occurred in education reform and development. Due to the long time practice, it has acquired rich experiences and evolved an effective training curriculum system and training models for educational administrators. All the programs enjoy recognition and good reputation.
