On the grounds of the nation's condition and situation, it obtains effective training experiences from corresponding institutions both home and abroad. It lays emphasis on subject construction, encouragement of scientific research and strengthening of international exchange and co-operation. It applies advanced educational conceptions, scientific philosophy and ideological theory, education practices and modern teaching methods to develop scientific, modern and well-regulated training courses. Up to the present, gratifying results have been achieved, and over 20,000 educational administrators at various levels have been trained at NAEA. Graduates of NAEA can be found in various educational administrative departments and in different types of schools throughout the country.
