To adapt to the development of education in our country, enhance professional diathesis of personnel in education administration management, and explore a practical pattern to train PhDs in education, the cooperated project of training PhDs in both educational economics and advanced education administration management has been launched in 2003, set up by us combined with Peking University School of Education and University of Pennsylvania School of Education.
The whole training should last for three years. It should consist of six kinds of courses such as core courses, special courses, comprehensive exams, internships, dissertation guidance and argument, and dissertation writing. All courses and teachings should take the form of templates each of that should be made up of a series of courses, lectures, discussions, investigations, and practices, etc. There are nineteen templates in total and another dissertation writing for one year.
