On October 15, 2003, the fourth seminar for the middle-aged and young senior leaders from universities directly affiliated to the MOE celebrated its opening, together with the 20th training class for middle-aged and young cadres from universities and the 6th training class for middle-aged and young cadres from directly affiliated departments and bureaus. Weihong Li, director of the department of personnel of the MOE, presided the celebration. Leaders of NAEA Jiaqing Yu, Yiqun Zhuang, Wenchang Li, Xin Li, and Yafei Xue, attended the openings.
