The 25^th Seminar for the University Leaders Opened 

NAEA’s 25^th Seminar for the University Leaders opened on November 10^th, 2004. In line with the direction given by Minister Zhou Ji that the Seminar for the University Leaders should be organized by types of institutions of higher learning, its goals should be further clarified, and the relevance of the content of knowledge should be enhanced, NAEA had adjusted and improved the 25^th Seminar Program. The one-month seminar has 170 participants from universities directly affiliated to provinces and municipalities except Shanghai, Jilin, Hainan and Tibet.
