NAEA recently issued “Preliminary Regulation on Academic Library Publish Fund Management at NAEA ”. The goal of setting up publish fund is to explore various resources to strengthen comprehensive research capacity, further increase science and research enterprises, promote curriculum construction and provide more effective support to education management and leadership training projects. The establishment of publish fund will commit to raising funds from various resources and thriving the academic library construction at the 50th anniversary of the founding of National Academy of Education Administration.

In NAEA’s layout of 2004, NAEA proposed to organize relevant research power to strengthen academic library construction according to the guideline of science and research. The establishment of academic library publish fund will contribute to strengthening academic library construction, further improving research level, promoting curriculum construction, stimulating a contingent of full-time and part-time teachers to engage in research programs, accelerating to cultivate high-level teacher and researcher and achieving a batch of high quality education management research outcomes at the 50th anniversary of the founding of NAEA.

In order to promote the establishment of academic library publish fund and salute the 50th anniversary, the president-board meeting of NAEA hopes all staff to look for donations from home and abroad to build a strong base for the sustainable development of academic library publish fund.
