Wilkinson met NAEA Vice President Li Wenchang to discuss issues of
future collaborations at NAEA on March 29. The two sides have a preliminary intent on future cooperation and
exchanges between the institutions. The first is to invite the
President and Scholars of London South Bank University to hold
lectures at NAEA. The second is to invite the researchers of the
university to conduct joint educational research with NAEA
counterparts. The third is to jointly deliver the Chinese University
Leadership Programs in the United Kingdom. London South
Bank University was founded in 1892. It is at the hub of local
transport only minutes away from the professional, social and cultural
facilities of central London. With nearly 18,000 students, the
university is one of the largest in London. It ranks 8th on
the graduate employment and salaries in the United Kingdom. London
South Bank University is a progressive, dynamic institution combining
traditions of excellence in vocational and applied subjects with
specialist industrial and professional links. The visit was the university¡¯s first time to the NAEA.
