British Diplomat visited and gave Lecture at NAEA

Dr. W. L. Mitchell, First secretary and Director of British Council Higher Education Relations was invited to give lecture on Issues and Trends of Higher Education in the UK on 16th November 2006. The audience of the lecture includes NAEA faculty and potential leaders of Chinese universities, who are currently attending the training seminars at NAEA.

Before the lecture, delegates from Training groups to France- Germany and Canada shared their visiting experience and findings with the audience.
