His Excellency Mr. Zhou ji, Minister of Education Remarks at 
NAEA New Term Opening Ceremony

　

The Opening Ceremony of NAEA Spring Term was kicked off on March 20, 2007. Mr. Zhouji, Minister of Education delivered opening remarks to the audience. About 300 participants from the 30th Seminar for University Presidents and Vice Presidents, the 27th Program for Mid-Level University Administrators and the 21st Program for Educational Superintendents at City-level attend the ceremony. The participating university leaders and administrators will stay at NAEA for the next 3 months while the superintendents will stay 21 days. 

Such seminar and programs open twice a year with the Spring Term starts in March and the Autumn Term starts in September. These three seminar and programs are all MOE flagship training programs designed and conducted solely by NAEA.
